How We LEAD: Famehouse is seeking an experienced merch Account/Brand Manager to join our team in New York as a Senior Manager, Artist & Label Services, focusing on pop and k-pop artists. In this role, you’ll help lead our relationships with each artist team, developing merch & d2c strategies and long-term (rolling 12mo+) calendar plans across all revenue channels—including D2C, tour, VIP, retail sales, and licensing. You’ll work closely with artist teams and label partners to guide the strategy behind every campaign, product launch, and fan experience. This role requires the ability to energize artist teams around D2C and merch strategies, bringing strong communication, cultural awareness, and collaborative leadership to every client interaction. It requires a strong taste level, deep cultural fluency, and an intuitive understanding of artist brand, aesthetic direction, and creative identity. Success in this role also requires exceptional collaboration, working closely with many teams both internally and with partners. Candidates must move with positivity, respect, and a team-first mindset, ensuring strong partnerships across the organization and consistently delivering great outcomes for artists.
