About The Position

As a Manager of Delivery Strategic Risks, you will manage risk identification, assessment, mitigation reporting related to APX' strategic growth programs. You will manage strategic risks to support successful execution of growth programs. You will bring expertise in risk management, project governance, and collaboration to enhance achievement of our goals.

You will report to the Director- APX Delivery Risk and be located at Cranberry, PA with the flexibility to work in a Hybrid capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field; relevant master's or MBA.
• 10+ years of experience in project delivery, risk management, or facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, standard strategic risk framework and taxonomy that can be scaled for initiative-specific risks
• Anticipate latest strategic risks and evaluate their impact on long‑term APX our goals
• Conduct risk assessment and mitigation development sessions for APX Risk Projects
• Maintain APX strategic risk management practices with Enterprise Risk Management standards
• Coordinate with Enterprise Risk analytical team to update quarterly risk updates in the GRC tool
