About The Position

Are you ready to make an impact? Director and Senior Manager / Manager – Growth Strategy Role Overview West Monroe is expanding its Operational Value Creation practice with a focus on helping clients identify, prioritize, and activate top line and bottom-line growth. We are seeking Director and Senior Manager / Manager level candidates with strong experience in growth strategy, commercial transformation, and value creation, who can also apply AI-enabled insights and agentic workflows to unlock new sources of value. This role requires a leader who can identify growth opportunities, open doors to new areas of revenue, and help clients execute, using data and AI as accelerators.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or advisory roles
  • Experience working with middle-market clients ($500M–$2B revenue)
  • Strong background in growth strategy and revenue expansion
  • Demonstrated ability to turn insight into execution
  • Experience applying analytics, AI, or automation in commercial or growth contexts
  • Ability to build and lead high functioning teams
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skill

Nice To Haves

  • PE diligence or portfolio value creation experience
  • Experience working with AI-enabled commercial tools (e.g., pricing, forecasting, personalization, GTM analytics)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort building new offerings

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth strategy engagements focused on: New market entry and customer expansion Commercial, pricing and go-to-market effectiveness
  • Apply advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to: Identify unmet customer needs and growth white space Improve forecasting, segmentation and prioritization Test and refine growth hypotheses
  • Support diligence and value creation efforts by identifying revenue synergies and growth levers
  • Partner with client executives (CEO, CRO, CMO, BU leaders) as a trusted advisor
  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plans, including where automation or agentic workflows can scale impact
  • Lead and mentor consulting teams across strategy, data, and execution
  • Contribute to building repeatable, AI-enabled growth frameworks and playbooks
