The Creative team is a collaborative group of writers, designers, motion designers, and producers dedicated to building trust and driving action through clear, engaging, and on-brand storytelling. We work closely with Marketing, Performance, Social, Comms, and Product to bring Robinhood's mission to life across every touchpoint. As the Senior Manager and Creative Director, Design (Crypto) , you'll lead the creative vision and execution for one of Robinhood's most dynamic and fast-evolving business areas. You'll shape how our brand shows up in the crypto space—defining the visual and verbal expression across campaigns, content, and experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to set the standard for creative excellence! This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 4 days per week. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in design, art direction, or brand storytelling, including 3+ years in a people management role
  • A strong track record of leading creative teams and producing impactful, integrated campaigns across brand, product, and social marketing
  • Deep knowledge of brand systems and experience scaling them across channels and markets
  • A clear creative vision with the ability to translate business goals into compelling creative concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when engaging with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead the concepting, development, and execution of integrated creative campaigns across brand, product, and performance channels
  • Manage and mentor a team of creatives—designers, writers, and motion designers—by providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and opportunities for growth
  • Partner with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams to define briefs and develop creative that drives business growth and cultural relevance
  • Present work to senior leadership and cross-functional teams with clarity, strategy, and confidence
  • Ensure consistency and cohesion across creative output—from high-level storytelling to detailed execution
