About This Role As deal volume and complexity continue to grow, Omnissa is investing in strong leadership to scale our commercial operations. We are seeking a Senior Manager, AMER Deal Management to lead and evolve our deal governance function across the Americas. This is a people manager role with broad cross-functional visibility and impact. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for deal structuring, pricing governance, and approval execution—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in reducing approval turnaround times, improving deal quality, and enabling Sales to move quickly and confidently in a complex commercial environment. Requirements

  • Proven experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, or a related function
  • Experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise deal structures, pricing models, discount governance, and approval workflows
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams
  • Experience supporting complex, high-value SaaS or subscription-based deals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess margin, risk, and commercial impact
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • A process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and scale

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and deal approval or CPQ tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of Deal Management professionals
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational rigor
  • Set clear performance expectations and support career development within the team
  • Deal Structuring & Governance Own the end-to-end deal management process across the AMER region
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies, discounting frameworks, and approval workflows
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex, high-value, or non-standard deals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue, and Operations teams to enable timely and accurate deal execution
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership on deal strategy, risk, and governance
  • Pricing & Commercial Analysis Provide strategic guidance on pricing models, margin analysis, and commercial risk assessment
  • Balance deal competitiveness with profitability, compliance, and scalability
  • Contract Review & Negotiation Support Support the review of commercial terms and structures to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Assist in navigating complex negotiations while mitigating financial and operational risk
  • Process Improvement & Scalability Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in deal management workflows
  • Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and turnaround times
  • Reporting & Insights Deliver clear, accurate reporting on deal metrics, approval cycle times, pipeline health, and trends
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
