This role will set the operating vision, structure, and performance bar for Ad Operations, as the central leader of all end-to-end execution for all brand and merchant ads & promotions across verticals and geographies. You will lead a multi-tiered organization of strategic operators, driving deep organizational planning across several functions and developing strong operational leaders. You and your team will partner closely with product, engineering, analytics, sales, S&O, and compliance teams to drive high quality scaled operations while helping to drive new initiatives and specialized programs through complex tradeoffs. You will report into the Director, Ads Platform on our Ads Platform team in our Ads & Promos organization.
