This role supports Walmart's EBS Finance leadership as part of the Central Operations team. EBS Finance provides business critical Finance & Accounting support (including AP, AR, R2R and Reporting) to Walmart's global operations in markets such as North America, LATAM, Africa and China. The role will help drive and report on strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and transformation of services to drive EDLC and EDLP. The role will co-ordinate with other EBS teams in communicating transformation initiatives, leading practices, and global consistency. This role will work with Executive Leadership to measure and monitor performance of our teams across all markets, to ensure services can be provided with high levels of quality with the lowest cost to Walmart. About Team: Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance. We also provide a variety of services such in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting services, among others where we help drive efficiencies across Walmart globally. What you'll do: Strategic Initiatives: Coordinating business strategies across different services, plans, partnership approaches and practices, tracking performance metrics and decision-making frameworks, and communicating progress and successes to senior leadership, key stakeholders, and partners. Operational Excellence: Drive a culture of operational excellence, ensuring the proactive communication of operational results to leaders and executive leadership. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Build alignment and drive collaboration across functions - including product, engineering, and enterprise leadership - ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable business outcomes. White Paper Development: Develop, drive and write insightful and well-researched white papers on relevant industry and business topics. Communication: Articulate strategic initiatives and outcomes clearly and effectively to various audiences, both in writing and verbally. Strategic Perspective: Maintain a forward-thinking approach, continuously seeking innovative solutions and opportunities for growth; exhibit a strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
