Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and leadership roles in a multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting policies, and internal controls (SOX)
  • Experience with large, complex ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and/or Workday
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams across geographies and functions
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and judgment
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills in a deadline‑driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, account reconciliations, balance sheet, and income statement management across multiple legal entities
  • Own month‑end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled financial results
  • Prepare and review legal entity financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and applicable statutory requirements
  • Serve as a primary liaison with External Reporting to ensure enterprise reporting and compliance deliverables are met
  • Direct internal controls and SOX compliance activities, ensuring policies and procedures are well‑designed, documented, and operating effectively
  • Own relationships with external auditors, managing year‑end audits and ensuring efficient, high-quality audit outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and process simplification to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing accounting team across multiple locations, setting clear objectives and supporting professional growth
  • Partner with business and finance stakeholders on ad‑hoc analyses, special projects, and evolving business needs
