Senior Manager, Accessibility Training & Enablement: The Senior Manager, Accessibility Training & Enablement leads the design, development, and implementation of accessibility education, training, and enablement programs across the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Reporting to the Head of Accessibility, this role ensures that LA28 staff, volunteers, delivery partners, and key stakeholders have the knowledge, tools, and guidance needed to support accessible and inclusive Games experiences. The Senior Manager oversees organization-wide accessibility training initiatives, resource development, and awareness campaigns that promote disability inclusion, universal design principles, and equitable service delivery. Through these efforts, the role helps ensure that Functional Areas responsible for Games delivery are equipped to meet baseline legal accessibility requirements and Games-specific accessibility standards. This position plays a critical role in embedding accessibility into LA28’s culture, workforce capability, and operational readiness planning. By working closely with Functional Areas, delivery partners, and subject matter experts, the Senior Manager helps build organizational capability and shared accountability for delivering accessible Games environments for athletes, spectators, workforce, media, and all Games stakeholders.
