About The Position

Odyssey Systems is recruiting to fill a Senior Management Analyst Support role supporting the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems. Program description: The ISR/SOF Directorate has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for equipping ISR & SOF warfighters to dominate the battlespace. Responsibilities · Support with management functions, processes, and analytical methods to gather, analyze and evaluate information required by the directorate. · Assist in the evaluation and analysis of the disciplines and related specialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions for the directorate and divisional levels. · Support in evaluating and analyzing functional/non-functional military manpower data and organizational structures. · Assist in updating/retrieving information in Command Human Resource Information System (CHRIS), RMIS, military personnel data system and directorate databases, included but not limited to SharePoint. · Assist in gathering and studying manpower documentation and making recommendations where appropriate. · Support with developing, maintaining, updating and redesigning required manpower and personnel spreadsheets, databases, briefing slides and documentation necessary for operation of directorate manpower. · Assist in managing and tracking the directorate training program activities. The Contractor will assist with tracking the training budget information for the training Government purchase card holder.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Secret clearance
  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD.
  • OR bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD.
  • Active secret clearance
