Requirements

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, comfort with driving to and from various home throughout th day, & reliable transportation.
  • Your own iPhone and basic hand tools (company provides tool allowance, power tools, and specialty equipment).

  • Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in maintenance, with skills in troubleshooting and repairing household systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with maintenance trades (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) and the ability to apply maintenance techniques to residential settings.
  • Customer Focus: Patience and strong communication skills to explain technical details to residents and team members in an accessible way.
  • Reliability & Integrity: Punctual, honest, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Digital Literacy: Comfortable using a smartphone for work order management and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Equipment & Property Maintenance: Apply your maintenance experience to perform repairs, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance. Conduct turnover maintenance, property inspections, and repairs to keep properties in top condition.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in household systems and appliances, drawing on your maintenance background to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Interact with residents professionally, maintaining a polished appearance and a positive demeanor. A smile is part of your uniform!
  • Proactive Improvement: Identify opportunities for property enhancements during work orders, contributing to resident satisfaction and property value.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Use digital tools to log work orders, track progress, and communicate findings effectively.
