Senior Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Centurion Maintenance is expanding and seeking experienced maintenance technicians who take pride in high-quality workmanship and professional standards. We service Commercial and Light Industrial facilities. This role is strictly service, maintenance, and remodeling work — NOT new commercial construction. About Centurion Maintenance Centurion Maintenance operates alongside Centurion Construction Management but focuses exclusively on: Facility maintenance • Service diagnostics and repairs • Multi-trade work • Light remodeling projects We are a fast-growing, well-structured company expanding across South Louisiana and the Gulf South. Our technicians represent our brand in the field — professionalism matters. What This Role Requires This position is for seasoned technicians who can operate independently and solve problems without constant supervision. We maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, documentation, and client interaction. We expect the same from our team. Work Territory Primarily local service work • Optional out-of-town projects available
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on multi-trade experience
- Strong diagnostic ability across multiple trades
- Experience in commercial environments
- Ability to read scopes and execute without micromanagement
- Professional communication with clients and office staff
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and documentation
- Must supply basic trade tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
- Maintain safe jobsite practices
