As a Sr. Maintenance Technician reporting to the D2 Maintenance Supervisor, you'll work with a highly motivated team skilled in industrial maintenance to maintain and repair plastics manufacturing equipment in extrusion, thermoforming and injection molding processes. Our 24/7 production facilities rely on experienced industrial maintenance professionals to perform preventative maintenance, deploy projects to decrease downtime, and quickly respond to equipment issues and return assets to production. Our Maintenance team supports the facility in teams aligned to each of the four shifts. As a Sr. Maintenance Technician you will be working alongside one of these teams supporting one of our production shifts. You will make repairs or modifications to production equipment utilizing your skills in: Controls, drawings, electrical, general mechanics, hand tools, hydraulics, machine shop, piping systems, PLC knowledge, pneumatics, RF, troubleshooting, welding, and programming As a Sr. Maintenance Technician, you will perform PMs on production equipment and determine through these regular inspections the repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent failure of production equipment and improve reliability. As needed contact vendors, research problems, identify potential components, order maintenance machine parts. Track and turn in repairable flagged parts. Elevate part issues to supervisor/management quickly with potential solutions if known.
