About The Position

Support the manufacturing areas with plant focus on minimizing down time, increasing productivity and maintain the overall Toyota Production System as well as company policies/procedures. Support maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to provide a reliable production platform. Perform predictive and preventive maintenance in conjunction with production management to ensure operability of all plant production equipment and facilities. Perform general building Maintenance. Perform machine repair, including electrical and robotic equipment. Support Kaizen and other related activities. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Intermediate to advanced electrical training certifications
• 2-5 years’ extensive skills in robotics tuning, electrical and PLC troubleshooting
• Extensive skills in programming software to optimize process improvements and trouble-shoot
• Self-starter with strong work ethic
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility in a changing environment
• Mandatory overtime flexibility
• English, both written and verbal
• Basic Microsoft Office applications
• RS Logix programming software, Factory Talk View for panel views, Micrologix, RS Logix 5000, Mitsubishi; A series

Nice To Haves

• Industrial Maintenance associate's degree preferred
• Intermediate to advanced programming of A/B processors preferred
