Senior M3 Solution Lead Responsibilities Business Analysis & Process Optimization: Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into optimized M3 solutions. Evaluate existing workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for business process improvement. Document business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, and process flows. Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises. M3 Functional Expertise: Configure and support M3 modules aligned with our business processes. Manage and support M3 master data governance, security roles, and functional administration. Troubleshoot complex functional issues (Level 2/3 support). Support testing cycles, release management, upgrades, and patching efforts. M3 Technical & Integration: Collaborate with technical teams using MuleSoft, MEC, APIs, and other integration platforms. Support interface design and troubleshooting across systems including POS, Ecommerce, WMS, PLM, and GTNexus. Work with M3 technical constructs such as tables, batch jobs, and data structures. Assist with data migration and validation for CloudSuite. Project & Change Management: Serve as a senior resource for ERP enhancement projects and the CloudSuite migration. Participate in project planning and requirements prioritization. Develop and deliver end-user training. Maintain documentation and support change control processes. Essential duties include M3 Functional Expertise: Configure and support M3 modules aligned with our business processes. Manage and support M3 master data governance, security roles, and functional administration. Troubleshoot complex functional issues (Level 2/3 support). Support testing cycles, release management, upgrades, and patching efforts.
