About The Position

The Senior M&A Integration Analyst is a key participant in M&A due diligence and integration activities. This role helps maintain organization, visibility, and alignment across workstreams, and ensures that tasks, timelines, and dependencies are effectively managed from diligence through integration. The position also contributes to identifying cost synergies, operational risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and continuity.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience.
  • Knowledge of human capital management operations.
  • BS/BA required
  • Excellent planning, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical and interpretative skills, independent thinking and above average problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within short term timeframes.
  • Ability to be flexible and to adapt quickly to ever changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of human capital management operations.
  • Comfort and experience with high volume of transactions.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in due diligence activities, aiding in organizing information, identify gaps, and ensure follow-up actions are addressed.
  • Engage in integration activities, supporting the execution of plans and achievement of key milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on diligence findings, integration tasks, and timelines.
  • Maintain Smartsheet trackers, project plans, and logs to ensure information is current, accurate, and visible.
  • Monitor and analyze action items and follow up with stakeholders to support timely completion and accountability.
  • Assist in identifying cost synergies, operational risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and continuity.
  • Support the development and refinement of integration plans, workstreams, and timelines based on diligence findings.
  • Ensure consistency and structure across diligence and integration processes, including documentation, tracking, and reporting. Which includes Smartsheet management.
  • Provide regular updates on status, risks, and outstanding items to support visibility and decision-making.
  • Other duties as appropriate to the objectives of the role and goals of OneDigital
