As a Senior Logistics Manager, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional IT support to the customer. As a Senior Logistics Manager, you'll perform lifecycle management, including reporting and maintaining version currency, vendor and/or manufacturer maintenance, property receipt, refresh data, inventory control, equipment staging and distribution, warranty and repair coordination, erasure and cleansing, and transfer or destruction of hardware assets. The manager will develop and implement scalable logistics strategies, manage vendor relationships, optimize inventory control, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols. They will lead a team of logistics professionals, leveraging data analytics to drive process improvements, reduce operational costs, and guarantee the timely delivery and deployment of IT assets to support business operations. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in IT asset management (ITAM) and a proven ability to manage complex global supply chains within a large-scale, dynamic enterprise setting.
