Job Requirements: Lead and coordinate logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material movement. Supervise and mentor logistics team members and group leaders, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Oversee scheduling and execution of daily shipments to meet customer and production requirements. Ensure accurate inventory control and documentation within ERP and warehouse management systems. Partner with production, customer service, purchasing, and maintenance teams to align logistics activities with business needs. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards related to material handling and transport. Support audits, inventory reconciliations, and quality system requirements. Serve as acting Logistics Manager during absences or as assigned. Direct Fleet operation in absence of Manager Hazmat Shipper trained Maintain housekeeping and 6S standards. Identify quality issues and attain established productivity standards. There is mandatory overtime associated with the role depending upon the needs of the business because, with team-based manufacturing, production areas must be manned for worker safety and may continue beyond the end of a scheduled shift or may require additional overtime hours outside of normal shift schedule. The regular hours of the role are 7:00am to 3:30pm.
