About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Logistics Analyst to join our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to support logistics planning, analysis, and decision-making at the highest levels of the Department of Defense. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in military logistics, data analysis, and operational planning, with hands-on experience using leading data platforms such as Advana , Gold Standard , Palantir Foundry , and Common Operational Picture (COP) tools to drive actionable insights and enhance global supply chain effectiveness and readiness. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • Logistics Experience: 3+ years supporting DoD or Joint Staff logistics
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
  • Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze logistics data and processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize Palantir Foundry to integrate, analyze, and visualize complex logistics datasets.
  • Support the development and evaluation of logistics plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with logistics planners, data scientists, and IT professionals to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD and Joint Staff logistics standards and policies.
  • Monitor and assess logistics operations to support readiness and sustainment objectives.
