Requirements

Must have an active NMLS license.
Must be comfortable with working on-site in Southfield, MI 48033.
2–3 years of experience originating loans, sales leadership, telemarketing management, or call center supervision.
Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable coaching.
Comfortable leading a team in a high‑activity environment.
Organized, proactive, and passionate about developing people.

Nice To Haves

Experience coaching or training sales teams (mortgage experience strongly preferred).
