Sales and Marketing Director - Senior Living (New Community Lease-Up) Location: Winder, GA Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000 per year + performance-based bonus Schedule: Full-Time | Independent/Assisted Living & Memory Care Be part of something extraordinary from the ground up. Requirements

• Proven track record of success in senior living sales and marketing , ideally in a lease-up or new community environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet goals.
• Passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-opening and ongoing sales and marketing efforts to achieve and maintain full occupancy.
• Develop and execute a successful lease-up strategy, including outreach events, referral partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with families, healthcare partners, and community organizations.
• Manage all inquiries, tours, and follow-ups in a professional, timely, and caring manner.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and corporate support team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
