POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Living Assessment RN plays a critical role in evaluating the health and wellness needs of prospective and current residents in a senior living environment. This role involves conducting comprehensive health assessments, determining appropriate levels of care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being and regulatory compliance.
