Senior Living Activities Coordinator

Community First Solutions is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our team at Berkeley Square in Hamilton, Ohio. In this role, you’ll support the planning, organization, and execution of recreational, social, and educational activities that promote overall well-being and community connection. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, creative, organized, and passionate about enhancing quality of life for older adults.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with seniors or in a recreational or activities-based setting preferred
- Energetic, engaging, and creative with a genuine passion for serving older adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple activities and deadlines
- Team-oriented with the flexibility to collaborate across departments
- Comfortable planning, promoting, and facilitating group activities and events
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- 18 years of age or older, or high school graduate
