Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience working with seniors, preferred
- Proven experience planning and leading activities for older adults
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and compassion for working with older adult

Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Design and schedule meaningful programs tailored to residents’ preferences
- Coordinate with outside groups and vendors to enhance programming
- Ensure activities meet quality and safety standards
- Provide personal care and delegated nursing services as needed
- Report directly to the Community Director and support overall resident satisfaction
