About The Position
The Staff Pad has partnered with a rapidly growing, multi -state law firm known for delivering high -quality legal services across civil litigation, probate, real estate, and business law. With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, the firm is seeking an experienced Business & Real Estate Litigator (Of Counsel) licensed in Texas . This role is an excellent fit for a seasoned litigator or a small/solo practitioner who wants to maintain independence while gaining supplemental caseload support. The firm offers a strong infrastructure, administrative resources, and a consistent client pipeline, allowing attorneys to focus on practicing law with the flexibility of an Of Counsel arrangement.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in Texas .
- 3–5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on business and real estate matters.
- Strong trial, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property -related litigation.
- Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and develop effective litigation strategies.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high -level service.
