Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Significant experience in real estate law, including leasing, development, construction, environmental, and transactional matters.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex negotiations and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing outside counsel and legal spend.
• Strong business judgment and ability to provide clear, practical legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, and negotiate complex real estate transactions, including leases, amendments, renewals, terminations, and related agreements across a national portfolio.
• Drive negotiation of high-value lease agreements and construction and development contracts, balancing legal risk, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on development and redevelopment projects.
• Serve as the primary legal advisor for construction matters, including review and negotiation of construction contracts and related project documentation.
• Support Integrity’s M&A activity by leading real estate diligence and review for acquisitions, dispositions, and integrations, including lease analysis, consents, estoppels, assignments, and post-closing transition matters.
• Lead and manage outside counsel on specialized real estate, infrastructure, and power-related matters, including data center power procurement contracting, ensuring alignment with Integrity’s business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Lead and manage tenant-side real estate litigation matters in coordination with outside counsel.
• Partner with real estate, facilities, finance, technology, corporate development, and executive teams to support business growth and evolving portfolio needs
• Take on additional legal responsibilities as Integrity’s real estate footprint and business continue to expand.
