About The Position

Power3 Solutions is supporting a cybersecurity and physical security firm committed to protecting the infrastructure that underpins national security. We are seeking a Senior Linux Infrastructure & Security Automation Engineer to join the team and support the sustainment, security, and evolution of mission-critical systems. This role focuses on automating and monitoring STE/STN environments , enhancing system security, developing RBAC/CMS capabilities, and driving front-end and container infrastructure hardening efforts.

Requirements

Strong proficiency with Linux and Linux-native tooling.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation technologies , including: Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, etc.
Ability and willingness to learn and adhere to project-specific Ansible coding standards .
Familiarity with full SDLC practices using Git/GitLab for version control.
Strong security expertise at both the design and implementation level .
Government/Military Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

Sustain and enhance STE/STN automation and monitoring capabilities.
Implement frontend hardening across systems.
Build and maintain utility frontdoor and courier containers .
Drive container security initiatives .
Support LatteArt IAVM, PO&AM , and related security processes.
Lead RBAC and CMS product creation/sustainment , including mapping roles to permission sets.
Conduct general solution security oversight , including background hardening.
Perform security reviews and audits for internal and partner team products.
