Stefanini is looking for Senior LIMS Developer and Data Cleansing Specialist in Deerfield, IL (Remote) For quick Apply, please reach out to Vipul Bhardwaj - call: 2482638630/ email: [email protected] Work Hours: M-F (40 hours) Work Location: Deerfield, IL (Remote) Shift: 1st Shift Environmental setup & system Cloning: Set up the environment/DB required to perform the cleansing in clients DMZ and validate the same with complete readiness. Set up data filtration scripts to filter client's data excluding SIMTRA data and continuous replication. Remove security groups, permissions, or security keys from the cloned system (in the DMZ infrastructure environment). Data Cleansing: Analyze database structure and create data cleansing scripts for all database tables to clean SIMTRA data (Both Bloomington and Halle Data). Remove all SIMTRA data associated with SIMTRA Manufacturing sites, SIMTRA Product Codes, documents (files/attachments) including SIMTRA PII data from the cloned system. Testing and Validation: Draft data verification scripts to ensure no SIMTRA data is being shared with client. Perform regression testing to ensure system accuracy. Documentation: Prepare documentation that will need to clone the application on their end to enable system access. Provide specific instructions for client to complete the integrations and complete system set up. Details: Must have: 5 plus years' experience with: LIMS SQL Oracle Qualifications: LIMS development and configuration skills. Solid understanding of Build/ Deployment Process. Strong experience of LabVantage LIMS version 8 and above. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organization skills required. Ability to work independently, under minimal direct supervision. Advanced technical knowledge of Java modules and frameworks including web services, hibernate, and JMS. Experience with Jasper Reports is a plus. Should have good command of SQL Queries (able to write complex queries) either in Oracle or MS SQL. Experience of Java EE server (Oracle WebLogic Server, Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform, or IBM WebSphere Application Server). Requirements

5 plus years' experience with: LIMS SQL Oracle
LIMS development and configuration skills.
Solid understanding of Build/ Deployment Process.
Strong experience of LabVantage LIMS version 8 and above.
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organization skills required.
Ability to work independently, under minimal direct supervision.
