Senior Level IAMD Training Specialist

The Senior Level IAMD Training Specialist will be based in Colorado Springs, CO, and will be responsible for assessing and ensuring the quality of training materials and services. This role involves preparing training documents, supporting classroom and equipment training, and obtaining and maintaining JBTEC instructor qualification. The specialist will teach in their areas of expertise and, when assigned, will plan, lead, and execute Mobile Training Team (MTT) responsibilities to locations worldwide.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of operational IAMD experience that is applicable to the curriculum
- Understanding of DoD Training and Doctrine policies and issues for Joint IAMD
- Experienced in the ADDIE process
- Formal training/instructor experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level initially and be able to obtain TS/SCI
- Bachelors degree or be a certified instructor from a military service or civilian institution
Nice To Haves
- Space, missile warning and Integrated Air and Missile Defense experience on CCMD or Joint Staff
- Instructor certification from TRADOC, AETC or NAVEDTRA
- Assignments in NMCC, GOC, JOC, AOC, MOC, JTAGS with Missile Warning duties
- Familiarization in one of the following: Space or Command center operations
Responsibilities
- Assess training and the quality of training material
- Serve as Quality Assurance lead
- Prepare training documents and services that are required to support classroom or equipment training
- Obtain and maintain JBTEC instructor qualification
- Teach in discipline areas in which he or she has specific training and competence
- Plan, lead and execute Mobile Training Team (MTT) responsibilities to locations world-wide (when assigned)
