About The Position

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Level IAMD Training Specialist to support our Colorado Springs, CO location. PeopleTec is seeking a senior-level Integrated Air and Missile Defense Training Specialist to support our Colorado Springs location. Duties: Candidate will be experienced in the ADDIE process to develop and execute Distance Learning (DL) Candidate will use multi-media to supplement traditional educational methods. Candidate will design, develop, execute, and maintain the DL training curriculum using Video Teleconferencing and other collaborative media, On-Line Learning Modules (e.g. Joint Knowledge Online), and other media such as internal Website and SharePoint database.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of operational IAMD experience that is applicable to the curriculum.
• Understanding of DoD Training and Doctrine policies and issues for Joint IAMD.
• Candidate will be experienced in the ADDIE process.
• Formal training/instructor experience.
• Travel: 10-25 %
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work.
• Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
• Bachelors degree or be a certified instructor from a military service or civilian institution.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.

Nice To Haves

• Space, missile warning and Integrated Air and Missile Defense experience on CCMD or Joint Staff
• Instructor certification from TRADOC, AETC or NAVEDTRA
• Assignments in NMCC, GOC, JOC, AOC, MOC, JTAGS with Missile Warning duties
• Familiarization in one of the following: Space or Command center operations
