Ontra is seeking a Legal Resourcing Manager to join our growing Legal Network Success team. This is a mission-critical role at the center of how we deliver high-quality, scalable legal support to our customers. In this role, you’ll manage and resource Ontra’s global network of lawyers, partnering closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional, human-in-the-loop customer experience. You’ll play a key role in strategically matching lawyers to engagements, balancing speed, quality, and fit, while collaborating with both lawyers and internal stakeholders to support evolving customer needs. On a typical day, you might speak with lawyers across our Legal Network, manage incoming staffing requests, collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Strategy on upcoming launches or demand, and analyze resourcing data to identify trends that inform staffing and recruiting decisions. As you grow in the role, you’ll take on greater ownership across multiple product lines and regions, directly contribute to department-wide OKRs, and become a trusted cross-functional partner helping shape Ontra’s broader Legal Network and resourcing strategy.
