The Production Operations and Resourcing manager is a Senior Manager position. This role will work with all production Senior Managers and leads to oversee general operations and resourcing of people, time and facilities. The candidate will also be responsible for making sure that the Studio functions as efficiently as possible, implementing tools and systems that drive optimized performance and output. You will also develop production scheduling tools with existing software and implement new solutionsthat drive optimized results This will include project/infrastructure management, training, weekly WIP Reporting & Status meeting, Production interface, Operational . They must also liaise and foster relationships internally across all production studios, disciplines, creative and account stakeholders. The Production Operations and Resourcing Manager is a leader who can motivate individuals to perform to their best. A problem solver and a builder of net new workflows and studio operations protocols. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
