About The Position

The Global Procurement Organization (GPO) is seeking a creative and future-focused Senior Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and deliver innovative, engaging learning solutions that drive measurable business impact for global supply chain and procurement professionals. About the Role In this role, you will serve as a strategic learning partner, combining deep instructional design expertise with supply chain and procurement knowledge to transform how GPO develops talent globally. You will leverage emerging AI technologies and learning science principles to enhance the speed, quality, and scalability of learning solutions. Working closely with Category and Site Procurement leads, you will identify critical skill gaps, design engaging learning experiences, and deliver high-impact facilitation that drives performance improvement and supports GPO's strategic imperatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience
  • Instructional Design Excellence: Proven track record designing effective learning solutions using evidence-based instructional design methodologies
  • Facilitation Mastery: Extensive experience delivering engaging in-person facilitation to diverse audiences, with strong platform skills and ability to manage group dynamics

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience using data analytics to drive learning strategy and demonstrate business impact
  • Master's in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions including instructor-led training, remote workshops, self-paced digital courses, and blended learning programs tailored to procurement and supply chain audiences
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to accelerate content creation, personalize learning pathways, and enhance learner engagement
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and remote training sessions for diverse, global audiences across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
  • Partner with Category and Site Procurement leads to conduct needs assessments, define learning objectives, and measure training effectiveness
  • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.), and data-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes
  • Build scalable learning frameworks and templates that enable rapid deployment of training across global procurement operations
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced environment
