About The Position

This position designs and optimizes scalable learning systems, including the LMS, onboarding, curricula, standards, and evaluation, to support a growing, decentralized organization. Partnering closely with the Sr. L&D Manager and key stakeholders, this role translates business requirements into high‑quality, sustainable learning solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, education, human resources, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in L&D, with strong emphasis on systems, design, and scalability
  • Hands‑on experience administering and optimizing an LMS
  • Demonstrated experience designing curricula, templates, and standardized learning processes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in learning measurement and reporting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in regulated and dynamic organizations
  • Familiarity with train‑the‑trainer or internal facilitator enablement models
  • Experience leveraging AI and/or learning technologies to improve efficiency
