Summary of Position The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will organize, conduct, and evaluate engaging and effective learning solutions for employees. The role will cover the delivery and facilitation of engaging live and e-learning training sessions. The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will select and develop materials and appropriate delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, web demos, video conferences, workshops) for programs covering various topics, including but not limited to new employee orientation, job skills training, continuous education, leadership training, and performance appraisals. They will work closely with the Human Resources Director to ensure the successful design and delivery of training programs that meet organizational goals. The Senior Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for adapting training sessions to accommodate various learning styles and needs. They will track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and update modules as necessary. The Senior Learning & Development Specialist is also responsible for scheduling training sessions, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating training enrollment.
