Summary: In this role, you will manage the learning analytics platform and dashboard lifecycle by gathering requirements, designing and optimizing analytic solutions, and ensuring high-quality, data-driven reporting. You will support enterprise learning platforms including Docebo LMS and Power BI dashboards that measure engagement, utilization, performance, impact and Return on Investment (ROI), enabling data-informed decision-making and strategic alignment. You will drive engagement by analyzing data and recommending next steps to the product owners, enabling them to make data driven decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex learning data into actionable insights that demonstrate value, drive innovation, and ensure reliable platform performance.
