About The Position

The Senior Leadership Development Specialist is an advanced individual contributor responsible for designing, leading, and evaluating leadership development initiatives. This role partners with People & Organization (HR), Talent Management, and executive leaders to strengthen leadership capability across all levels of the organization. The Senior Specialist serves as a strategic advisor, leading complex development projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring leadership programs drive measurable organizational impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in leadership development, OD, or Talent Management.
  • Demonstrated success leading leadership programs with measurable business impact.
  • Advanced facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight-driven development strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of leadership models, adult learning, and organizational development practices.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams while also leading independent strategic projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual facilitation platforms.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Ability to deliver training and coaching for extended periods.
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to look at a computer screen for 4 hours at a time
  • Regular and on-time attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Design advanced leadership curricula for frontline supervisors, mid-level leaders, and senior leaders.
  • Lead end-to-end development of strategic leadership pathways including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and stretch assignments.
  • Develop and refine content on executive-level leadership competencies (strategic execution, systems thinking, organizational influence, change leadership, culture building).
  • Facilitate high-impact leadership workshops and executive development sessions.
  • Provide coaching to leaders at multiple levels, including emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in organizational leadership, talent development, and adult learning theory.
  • Conduct complex organizational needs assessments to determine leadership capability gaps and future-state requirements.
  • Evaluate leadership program effectiveness using data, analytics, and business performance indicators.
  • Consult HR Business Partners and senior executives to align leadership programs with organizational priorities.
  • Lead enterprise projects related to succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and talent reviews.
  • Mentor and support junior facilitators, instructional designers, and training specialists.
  • Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of leadership tools, frameworks, and resources.
  • Oversee program logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement for leadership cohorts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
