About The Position

We are looking for a bid manager and writer to join our Proposals team. In this role, you will manage and write bids for markets across the Americas and Asia Pacific (Amer-APAC) from start to finish, working cross-functionally with Government Relations, Operations, and other business units as needed. You should have experience with public procurement and tender processes. You need to be a strategic thinker who understands the priorities of local municipalities and have the ability to communicate how Lime can contribute to city success. As part of Lime’s Proposals team, you will report into the Senior Manager, Amer-APAC Proposals. This is primarily an internal-facing role focused on analyzing procurement documents, creating and implementing project plans and processes, drafting bid applications, aligning cross-functional teams in support of our proposal needs and timeline, and delivering final products that are fully researched, vetted, and compliant with the standards of the world’s largest micromobility company. The ideal candidate brings expert project and stakeholder management skills, excels at building transparent, cross-functional alignment, and communicates clearly across audiences. You’re process-driven, highly organized, and bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges. You will need to adapt to different communication styles and be able to work calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment to produce quality, error-free work. This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a process-oriented mindset
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with confident interpersonal and influencing skills; comfortable working across time zones and with sound judgment on when to escalate issues
  • Calm under pressure, with a track record of adapting to shifting priorities while producing error-free deliverables
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with an advanced degree preferred
