In this role, you will: Support strategic roadmap and success metrics Contribute to the development and execution of the Wells Fargo Travel portal and suite of travel-related offerings Analyze customer and market data to inform prioritization of benefit expansion opportunities Assist in reviewing existing benefits to identify opportunities for simplification Support identification of embedded travel benefits or services, travel servicing strategies, technical integration approaches, and customer experience enhancements Partner with research teams to gather insights for data-driven recommendations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to socialize roadmap and support alignment Drive routines that enable decision-making and strategic alignment Partner with delivery teams to support timely decisions related to architecture and delivery sequencing Help identify and escalate delivery impediments Maintain routines that ensure work is aligned with sponsorship and proactively communicated to stakeholders Support strategic relationships and contracts Collaborate with business P&L owners and internal teams to support Travel strategy roadmap and execution Assist in managing relationships with external partners Contribute to contract negotiations and RFP processes for new strategic partnerships Contribute to a high-performing team culture Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development Support team initiatives that align with business objectives and strategy
