About The Position

Temp Senior Lead | Key Accounts The ideal Lead drives sustainable growth and profitability by owning strategic relationships with key partners. Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, buying, merchandising, or planning within premium or performance-driven retail, with a strong focus on key or wholesale accounts.
  • Proven success managing national or global premium partners, with the ability to anticipate complex customer needs and strengthen long-term commercial relationships.
  • Strong analytical and retail math capabilities, enabling accurate forecasting, strategic planning, and data-driven problem solving.
  • Deep expertise in the sportswear or performance industry, combined with a high level of autonomy and sound judgment in complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the strategic and commercial plans for key accounts, translating global brand vision into effective regional sales outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong, value-driven partnerships by identifying insights, uncovering opportunities, and driving mutually beneficial growth initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and account discussions by representing customer needs and aligning internal teams to deliver against shared objectives.
  • Use data and performance reporting to manage annual sales plans, optimize assortment and merchandising, and drive both sell-in and sell-through.
  • Elevate brand presence by supporting impactful in-store and digital activations, product launches, and compelling brand storytelling with partners.
