As the Senior Lead - Key Accounts, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and mutual profitability with our top retail partners. You will act as a strategic commercial owner, cultivating positive, strong relationships to ensure optimal performance, brand presence, and sell-through across the account portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, you will leverage data and commercial acumen to maximize the return on investment and solidify On's premium positioning in the market. Due to rapid expansion, we are currently hiring three Apparel Key Account Managers to support our growing Department Store and General Sporting Goods business. We are the Key Account Sales team, driving On's premium growth engine by pioneering strategic partnerships with essential retailers across the country.
