Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience with technology, AI, or product design and implementation, leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies to optimize business processes and enhance execution outcomes.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on initiatives, resources, and long-term goals for complex business needs.
  • Strong capability to lead resolution of highly complex challenges, applying advanced analytical thinking and sound judgment across multiple functional areas.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, sustainable solutions that require creativity, innovation, and operational discipline.
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring alignment and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Ability to provide clear direction and execution expertise for implementing significant business plans and programs with enterprise-wide impact.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building relationships across all levels to influence decisions and drive execution.
  • Recognized as an expert in operational excellence, risk management, and process improvement, ensuring compliance and efficiency in execution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
