For additional information on this line of business, please refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the enterprise Influence and shape incoming work requests, ensuring alignment to HR and enterprise priorities Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Ensure reporting processes and analytic solutions meet business requirements and adhere to standards Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable reporting and data solutions Advise leadership on analytical strategies and advanced data visualization Develop data, reporting, and dashboard solutions using SQL (or similar tools) and business intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI) Complete risk-mitigating activities including testing, peer review, documentation Drive clarity and consistency in documentation for senior leaders and regulatory audiences Mentor and develop team members and lead complex, cross-functional analytic initiatives
