About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a driven, self-starting analytics professional to help lead modernization and transformation efforts that support growth and a strong control environment. In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will develop and operationalize data-driven detection strategies to identify and mitigate employee misconduct, employee-enabled fraud, and regulatory and reputational risks. You will partner across risk functions within Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) to strengthen risk insight, enhance monitoring effectiveness, and support the delivery of products and services to customers.
