We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time Senior Landscape Designer to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of our downtown Tempe, AZ office. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Skilled in design and graphics
  • Ability to successfully manage projects
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented setting
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed Landscape Architect in Arizona or pursuing licensure

Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and prepare landscape architectural construction documents for various planning and design projects, including urban/civic spaces, educational/civic facilities, restoration areas, parks, trails, natural areas, and streets/highways.
  • Prepare landscape architectural and planning documents including planning, design concepts, cost estimates, quantity take-offs, specifications, and operation manuals.
  • Prepare design graphics including rendered plans and sections.
  • Serve as field supervisor and perform field surveys, inventories, and site data collection.
  • Fulfill project manager and project coordinator role on projects, including managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Perform quality control review on design documents, and mentor other landscape designers.

  • Compensation – This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $70,000 to $87,000 annually, depending on experience and education.
