We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager to build and scale programs that support our fast-growing, developer-centric organization. In this role, you’ll design onboarding, skills development, and continuous learning initiatives that help technical and non-technical teams thrive. You don’t need to be a developer but you should feel comfortable working in a highly technical environment and translating complex concepts into effective learning experiences. You’ll play a critical part in leveling up teams across the company, ensuring we maintain deep technical excellence while scaling rapidly. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco with anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
