What you’ll be responsible for: The Senior IT Systems Administrator is a key role responsible for maintaining and improving our core enterprise SaaS systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Kandji, Workspace ONE) and providing comprehensive end-user support for all remote workers worldwide. This includes managing our fully remote fleet of laptops, maintaining accurate IT asset inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for supporting our existing full Apple macOS environment, with a forward-looking goal to expand support to Windows in an enterprise setting. A critical part of this role involves providing "white glove" support to our executive leadership team. We are looking for an energetic people-person who can interface enthusiastically with all levels of users within Circle.
