About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will be the go-to expert, ensuring seamless IT operations across a distributed workforce. This is your opportunity to strategically enhance employee productivity, resolve complex issues, and shape how we support our growing organization. This position is primarily remote. Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT support roles within enterprise environments
  • 5+ years with Microsoft 365 Admin, Intune, Azure, Entra, and Teams Admin
  • 3+ years supporting mobile device management (iOS/Android with Intune)
  • Proven track record working in HIPAA/HITECH-compliant settings
  • Led IT deployments and collaborated across infrastructure and security teams
  • Created IT documentation and mentored junior staff
  • Deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise (365, intune, Azure, Entra)
  • Strong scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), Autopilot, and asset lifecycle knowledge
  • Knowledge of security, networking, and compliance best practices
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, and an associate’s/bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced Technical Support - Provide advanced-level tech support internally and externally as the SME for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and enterprise-level IT tools. Proactive approach to drive improvements through automation, scripting, and process optimization.
  • Incident and Service Management—Manage support tickets, resolve them within SLAs, handle complex issue escalations, and act as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Systems Maintenance and Deployment - Support hardware/software inventory lifecycle, manage onboarding and offboarding, deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship - Mentor junior IT staff and help build a collaborative IT support culture.
