We're looking for a Senior Support Engineer to bridge the gap between our 2nd and 3rd line teams. You won't just be fixing issues; you'll be mentoring our 1st and 2nd line crew, helping them level up their skills. You'll be the right hand to our Support Lead, helping supervise the team and taking ownership of problem records. We need someone who loves building self-service tools (so people can help themselves) and isn't afraid to tackle a budget. If you're a detail-oriented pro who knows Jamf, Intune, and Google Workspace inside out, we want you to help us do things the right way.
