About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Support Engineer to bridge the gap between our 2nd and 3rd line teams. You won't just be fixing issues; you'll be mentoring our 1st and 2nd line crew, helping them level up their skills. You'll be the right hand to our Support Lead, helping supervise the team and taking ownership of problem records. We need someone who loves building self-service tools (so people can help themselves) and isn't afraid to tackle a budget. If you're a detail-oriented pro who knows Jamf, Intune, and Google Workspace inside out, we want you to help us do things the right way.

Requirements

  • An expert in modern device management, with deep experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf.
  • A skilled automation enthusiast who uses Bash, Python, or PowerShell to replace manual tasks with smart scripts.
  • Experienced in Identity Management and comfortable working with tools like Jumpcloud, OneLogin, or Okta.
  • A project-oriented professional used to managing medium to large-scale projects within Fresh Service and Jira.
  • Knowledgeable in AV Support, specifically supporting meeting room equipment and Zoom video conferencing.
  • Obsessed with detail and passionate about "doing things the right way" to ensure our tech remains safe and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key escalation point for complex technical issues, sitting right between our 2nd and 3rd line teams.
  • Mentor and guide the 1st and 2nd line support teams, sharing your knowledge to help them grow.
  • Build self-service solutions that empower our people to help themselves and save everyone time.
  • Own problem records by hunting down root causes and implementing permanent fixes.
  • Manage our device fleet like a pro, overseeing MacBooks via Jamf and Windows 10 laptops.
  • Administer core environments including Google Workspace and Microsoft Intune while managing budgets for key services.
