BS, 18+ years of relevant experience; MS, 16+ years; PhD, 12+ years

Responsibilities

Works together with the customer to build a technology partnership, to ensure that offered technical solutions support the client's strategic, long-term plans and vision.
Takes ownership of the IT/network strategy and solution delivered by the organization at an account level.
Develops and delivers presentations on technical solutions to client and technical team, as well as captures and communicates client-specific best practices and lessons-learned using knowledge management tools and professional relationships.
Leading other subject matter experts of the IT technology team for specific customers, evaluates design and architecture issues, as well as increases integration of services delivered, and research current market technologies to design cost-effective solutions that meet current and foreseeable customer requirements.
Has broad technical expertise across multi-platforms and multi-vendor operating environments, including data centers and distributed computing environments.
Recognized as an industry and in-house expert.
Provides in-house expertise to other practice areas of the organization.
Represents the organization at industry conferences, presents technical white papers.
Employees assigned to this job are expert level individual contributors, with leadership responsibilities for others' work.
